Sour Patch Kids

Sour Patch Powers is a high-energy consumable-based mod inspired by Sour Patch Kids that adds powerful, risky, and fun candy effects into Minecraft, where each Sour Patch Kid is its own unique item that grants a special effect when consumed, turning candy into a core gameplay mechanic for survival, combat, and multiplayer. Players can gain buffs such as strength, speed, regeneration, fire resistance, night vision, and more, but some candies may also apply temporary negative effects to keep the experience balanced and unpredictable(Negative effects coming soon). The mod is designed around high-risk, high-reward gameplay that encourages strategic timing in PvP fights, survival encounters, boss battles, and hardcore challenges, while remaining fully functional in both singleplayer and multiplayer worlds. Sour Patch Kids can be obtained through crafting and smelting (loot chests, drops, traders, or server events depending on configuration is coming soon) making the mod easy to integrate into modpacks, adventure maps, RPG systems, and custom servers. Sweet power always comes with sour consequences, making every candy use a gamble that can either save your life or turn the odds against you.
