Spiders now spin cobwebs under certain conditions

  • Added a config option to prevent spiders from creating cobwebs
  • Added config options for min/max light levels at which spiders will spin webs (8/12 inclusive by default)
  • Added config option to allow webs to be added to any surface (by default it must be adjacent to logs, leaves, a spawner, or another cobweb)
  • Added config option for changing the rate at which spiders will spawn cobwebs when all the other conditions are met
