Updated mod to work in 1.16.4

 

Lost the 1.6.1 commit when upgrading my computer, so there may be some slight changes in generation from the version of this mod for MC 1.16.3 as I do not remember if I tweaked any of the structure piece weightings

 

This release is tagged as a beta release due to some minor issues with newly added pieces intersecting each-other or being rotated incorrectly. This should not have a significant affect on the playability of the mod, but I want users to be aware that it will not be as polished as the current release version.
