Fixed compatibility issue with some mods which alter the end_city_treasures loot table

-Added a name to the loot pool which I added

-Should fix compatibility with Silent Gems

 

Minor performance improvement for spiders

-Moved the check if web spinning is disabled in the config from the shouldExecute part of the web spinning goal to the section where I add the goal to spiders. Now if web spinning is disabled it should have practically no difference in performance from vanilla
