Added a difficulty system for scaling, there are 4 level, hard being the originally designed progression. I will look into balancing more so all classes feel more even across the difficulties so these numbers might adjust but it gives the world/server owners some choice on how the progress should feel for now. 

Fixed the flashlight giving night vision when not in water

Added 2 new candle holder models : one wall sconce and one hanging (temporary until I get better at modeling and more will be added)

Fixed blinded bar glitch where both bars were filling and it was not allowing players to accept a perk. 

Fixed mastery particle placement on items. 

A few other small fixes

Shader is still a WIP, it doesnt fit the requirements yet to be posted but should be available soon.
