Farms without fields – crops, trees and bees, calculated under a star-glass dome.
Requires Super Cool Calculator (SCC) 1.5.0+ – this is an add-on and does nothing on its own.
A Growth Calculator keeps a little garden under a glowing star-glass dome and harvests it with the real drops of every plant in your pack.
Put in a seed and its soil, connect it to your SCC cable, and the harvest flows straight into your storage.
No fields to till. No farmers to build. No lag.

- Plant – each plot of the Growth Calculator takes a plant (seed, sapling, mushroom, beehive, bee cage …) and the soil it needs. Both stay in the machine like tools.
- Grow – the plant grows visibly under the dome, stage by stage, with a harvest pulse, light sparks and bees flying to their flowers.
- Harvest – power and water come from the SCC network, the harvest goes into SCC storage – visible in every SCC terminal.

Every plant in your pack – automatically
There is no fixed plant list. When the server starts (and after every /reload), Calculated Farming scans every seed, sapling, mushroom, cactus, sugar cane, berry bush, flower, beehive and modded crop – and works out what it really drops.
Add a mod and its plants are there. No datapack, no config.
Nothing is placed in the world – no blocks, no neighbour updates, no random ticks. The harvest is calculated:
- Crops roll the loot of the ripe block every harvest, just like breaking it; one seed is replanted.
- Trees grow from the sapling's real tree template in a virtual world and are then harvested block by block: logs, leaf drops (saplings, sticks, apples) and ripe fruit.
- Melons and pumpkins, column plants (sugar cane, cactus, bamboo, kelp, vines, chorus), flowers, mushrooms and lily pads, and bees (a beehive or bee nest with bees, with a flower as soil).

Soils
Dirt is enough for crops – the calculator tills it itself.
Cactus wants sand, nether wart soul sand, fungi nylium, chorus end stone, cocoa a jungle log, lily pads and kelp a water bucket.
The scan asks every plant which soil it accepts, so modded soils work too. Packs can add their own with the item tags scc_farming:soil/<soil>.

The Growth Calculator climbs the same star tiers as SCC and is upgraded with the normal SCC tier upgrades:
- Basic – 1 plot, 30 s per crop
- Red Dwarf – 2 plots, 24 s, Fortune up to I
- Yellow Star – 3 plots, 18 s, Fortune II, 2 parallel
- Blue Giant – 4 plots, 12 s, Fortune III, 2 parallel
- Neutron Star – 6 plots, 8 s, Fortune III, 3 parallel
- Singularity – 8 plots, 4 s, Fortune IV, 4 parallel

Upgrades – up to 4 each, forged in the SCC Star Forge:
- Solar Flare Accelerator – each one cuts the growth time by 20 %
- Harvest Moon Lens – +1 Fortune each (capped by the tier), more yield from trees and column plants
- Twin Sun Splitter – one more parallel harvest per plot, capped by the tier
Fertilizer slot: bone meal (or Mystical Agriculture and Farmer's Delight fertilizers) speeds up every harvest. Glass bottles in it turn a beehive's honeycombs into honey bottles.

- Power and water from the network, fertilizer from storage, harvest into storage.
- Click an empty soil, fertilizer or upgrade slot to fetch it from storage – or to open the SCC order window. Ctrl+click orders right away.
- Autocrafting: every harvest item becomes a recipe the SCC planner understands – "Wheat via Growth Calculator". Put a Processing Calculator in front of a Growth Calculator in On order mode: every fertilizer it puts in is exactly one harvest.
- No network? FE cables and pipes for water and items work too.

It looks like it belongs
The Growth Calculator wears SCC's Star Forge style: a steel pedestal with a planting bed of polished deepslate, a star-glass dome with a wandering sheen, a ring in the tier colour and a star of light on top. Idle it rests cool and calm, working it breathes green.
The window shows each plot as a tile with a growth ring in the tier colour – and when a plot stands still, the ring tells you why: energy, water, output full, waiting for an order, missing or wrong soil, tier too low.
Animated energy and water tanks, a live harvest feed and harvests per minute – in every SCC design (F7). 3D items, quiet sounds, a JEI category and its own chapter in the SCC guide.

Mystical Agriculture (and Mystical Agradditions) – every essence seed, with the original progression intact:
- essence tier N needs a calculator of tier N-1 and its crux in the soil slot
- higher tiers grow slower and cost more
- accelerators only count as far as the calculator tier allows
- secondary seeds, essence farmland and Fertilized Essence work like in the original

Productive Bees – a bee cage with a bee produces that bee's combs, with the flower it needs as soil: a block, a block tag (a diamond block for the diamond bee), a fluid in a bucket or tank, or even an animal. The harvest is computed by Productive Bees itself, and the bee flies around its flower under the dome.

Productive Trees – fruit trees ripen their fruit in the crown and are picked with the mod's own fruit amount, then harvested. Pam's fruit trees work as well.
Productive Farming – seed traits work like on a real field:
- growth speeds up the harvest by the mod's own formula
- yield adds to every harvest
- traits can rise each time the plant ripens
- pollen or bees mutate plots by the mod's mutation recipes
- harvested seeds carry the traits

Farmer's Delight and other crop mods – plants that grow into another block (tomato vines, rice panicles), two-part plants and right-click harvests (mushroom colonies, fence fruit, trellis crops). Modded trees from Biomes We've Gone, Regions Unexplored and others are recognised.
Protected progression: special saplings (such as the Twilight Forest magic saplings) are excluded, and packs can exclude more with the item tag scc_farming:no_growth.
For pack makers
Everything is configurable in scc_farming-server.toml: tier tables, energy, water, upgrades, fertilizer, replanting, Mystical Agriculture rules, block lists and recipe export.
Commands: /scc_farming scan, /scc_farming list.
