Fixed delay not being patched on dedicated servers. My bad!

 

2.0 Changelog:

Changed to a Mixin to achieve the same functionality!

I'm not sure if it's placebo, but this seems to have lowered the delay by yet another tick when set to 0. Allowing true parry-level blocking!
