Relocate

This mod is a work in progress! Alpha builds will be available with each new feature, just for fun. Note that this requires Rift to work, and will not be backported to any versions prior to 1.13, so don't ask.

Current features (as of 0.2.0, coming soon):

• Rocket Springboard: Launches the player about 36 blocks into the air (for easy elytra takeoff). Can be used 4 times before breaking, and can be repaired with firework rockets.
• Speedy Dust: Can be placed on the ground, gives players walking on it a Speed III effect.
