Quest Completion Broadcast: FTB Quests

Share FTB Quests team completions with everyone on the server through chat announcements.
Let the whole server see a team's quest milestones.
When an FTB Quests quest is completed, a chat announcement names the player and quest, including for players on other teams. Repeated progress checks do not repeatedly announce the same completion.
Requires FTB Quests 2101.1.34+. It announces completed quests without changing their requirements or rewards.
Install FTB Quests (and its dependencies: FTB Library, FTB Teams, Architectury).
Drop this in your mods folder. Server side is what matters; it is safe on the client too.
