patch Quark to remove some annoying features.

This mod removes some annoying features of Quark:

1. disable its Internet Connection Behavior during your game loading

2. prevent its log spam when loading modules.

3. Disable its tooltip improvement function for the items of Apotheosis and Immersive Armors to avoid display mistakes.
