NarutoUI
A Modern UI configuration screen library for Minecraft client mods by Kasualix and DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017.
NarutoUI is not a content mod. It is a client-side UI library that gives mod developers a complete configuration screen skeleton built on Modern UI. You declare pages, sections, and fields; NarutoUI handles the layout, navigation rail, cards, rows, dividers, theming, backgrounds, localization, shimmer effects, file/color pickers, and image cropping.
Features
- Declarative page / section / field DSL
- Scrollable, centered, width-limited pages
- Automatic section cards, row layouts, and dividers
- Switch, slider, value row, button, text, and custom fields
- Configurable theme, corner radius, spacing, and content width
- Transparent, black, solid-color, single-image, and slideshow backgrounds
- Translation keys accepted directly as labels
- Independent shimmer system with per-screen profiles
- Color picker overlay, image crop overlay, native file/folder picker
- Per-screen widget factory and shimmer profile
- In-process screen recovery and stable recipe registration
NarutoUI is a UI library. It does not save configuration. Field callbacks only modify your config object; persistence is the caller's responsibility.
Quick Start
Screen screen = MuiSettingsScreen.builder("Example Mod")
.subtitle("Client settings")
.page("General", page -> page
.section("Rendering", section -> section
.toggle("Enable HUD",
MyConfig::enabled,
MyConfig::setEnabled)
.slider("Scale", 50, 200,
MyConfig::scale,
MyConfig::setScale,
value -> value + "%")))
.create(parent);
The page header, cards, field rows, dividers, and control styling are all generated by the API.
Requirements
- Modern UI is a hard dependency.
- Client-side only. Configuration screens cannot be created on a dedicated server.
