PVP Dimensions

Arenas on demand. Pick a preset from a menu and a fresh piece of ground is made for the fight, floating alone in a dimension of its own, gone when the clock runs out

- Arenas are sealed by default: a portal built inside, a nether frame or another mod's, goes nowhere, and an Amethyst Door put down inside will not open.
- Turn Sealed off in a preset and such a portal leads out, and going through it is leaving.
