Major Content Update - TaCZ Integration

This update includes a complete rewritten and rethought version of Project TaCZ NPCs as well as an overhaul to the androids system to allow TaCZ gun usage, ammo management, a couple of GUI buttons per android configuration buttons, and more. 

The NPCs added are yet again faction based. There are 9 factions, one for each of the default Minecraft player skins in Minecraft 1.20.1. Faction types spawn and work together to kill members of other factions and the player. NPC spawn rate is configurable. 

Other small additions include: configurable fire burn time via the config (default set to 100 ticks with a random -20 +20 roll.). Right click harvest has been improved, crops no longer produce break particles when harvested & a shear sound is played upon successfully right click harvesting a crop.
