Plans have shifted, this mod is DISCONTINUED for now. I'm going to be releasing various content as packaged mods rather than all together due to how random this mod turned out to be... But it's here if you want it.
Project Overhaul is a Create, TaCZ, andgeneral mod pack content expansion mod with configurable systems focused on utility, storage, combat, enhanced danger and more. This is a multi content mod that features all my main works under the same umbrella, rethought and optimized. This mod is not in a "completed" state, expect updates & PM me if you encounter a glitch with brief notes on how to recreate your specific problem.
Project Overhaul is meant to serve as a major modpack expansion. Ready for survival gameplay, but more so geared towards modpack developers looking for a quick expansion of content for further integration.
Requires Create, Curios and TaCZ!!!
Also includes optional Jade integration for strain display on crops.
More major mod dependencies may be added over time. Only major and highly compatible mods will ever be added to the stack, addons will most likely never be included in the mod stack BUT consideration is given for compatibility with addons, specifically TaCZ addons.
Not compatible with my other mods (Mystical Herbs, Rune Slingers, Project TaCZ NPCs, etc. This mod replaces them all & will be the main focus for future development.)

- Hostile faction based NPCs that use TaCZ guns. (Project TaCZ NPCs completely redone & rethought.)
- Android pets that can use various weapons, including all TaCZ guns and most modded swords or bows. Features a GUI with various command buttons as well as a gun slot & ammo slots. Upgradable (tier 1-5).
- Nature’s Totem and rune system that allows rune socketing for combined offhand effects, plus throwable runes that form configurable effect patterns such as explosions, lightning, knockback, and lingering potions. Fully extensible for developers. More rune combinations and effect possibilities will be added, only a handful have been added by default currently.
- 53 custom Minecraft-themed rap music discs featuring full-length tracks.
- Expandable library of technical components meant for further KubeJS integration, enabling advanced crafting chains and automation-focused modpack design. Recipes require Create mod.
- Reworked and vanillafied herb and medical system inspired by Mystical Herbs, featuring 9 strains with configurable effects and a full item pipeline including seeds, nugs, joints, oils, wax, and more.
- Ender Drive disc-based backpack storage system with tiered capacity, instant access via hotkey, text-based searching, and Curios integration.
- Modular Multi Tool with swappable heads (drill, bio cannon, redstone laser), each with independent durability, fuel, and ammo systems managed through a dedicated GUI.
- Experimental compressed blocks system that dynamically generates up to 5 compression tiers for whitelisted blocks, with transparent compression math shown in tooltips.
- Universal right-click harvest functionality for crops, configurable and easily disabled for compatibility.
- Optional removal of damage invulnerability frames for players and entities, configurable. Warning: don't enable for players. The option is in the mod only for specific needs. (You'll die almost instantly from repeated damage sources like fire.)
- Experimental Purge event system that periodically increases mob aggression and visibility in the overworld. Warning: purge events enabled by default.
- Configurable burn time setting for fire. (By default, it’s set low so that fire won't spread on blocks like wood. Randomness can be introduced via -X +Y tick values as set by the config.)
- Configurable starter loadouts. Toggled on by default. (allows adding TaCZ guns and ammo!)
- Configurable toggle to disable experimental world warnings. (Enabled by default)
- "The Sandbox" dimension, essentially an amplified overworld. Portal made via rune stone blocks lit with flint and steel.
- All systems are highly configurable!

Public-library-sourced textures used in some cases; KubeJS texture overrides can be used to resolve any visual overlap. The music is machine generated.
