Added "The Sandbox" Dimension & Client Config

  • Access via 4x5 Rune Stone Blocks portal shape lit with flint and steel.
  • The dimension is meant to be a direct copy of the overworld with minecraft:amplified active. 
  • Don't enter without something to dig yourself out of a block with, you may spawn inside a cliff.
  • The client config file has been added and currently only contains the option to disable experimental warnings on world creation. Enabled by default.
