Text: A mod that enables naming portals with a name tag. When two portals have the same name, using one will teleport you to the other portal with the same name. Portal teleportation will still work overworld-nether and vice-versa only. With this simple vanilla+ mechanic, players will be able to build huge teleportation hubs. For example: Portal A(o) in the overworld teleports you to Portal A(n) in the nether. Portal B(n) is right next to this portal, and using it teleports you to Portal B(o) that is thousands of blocks away from Portal A(o). Naming more than 2 portals with the same name would teleport you to a random destination or to the same target portal, depending on the setup (number of portals in each dimension). A simple concept that allows for a world of possibilities and use alternatives for the player.
Game crashes fully when I break a portal (obsidian, portal block, water bucket, setblock etc). Is this fixable?

Hey,
Is the any chance for a forge version of the mod?
greetings
Is this compatible with immersive portals???
In reply to venomizedgaming1:
no
In reply to cool_mineman:
Dang. That would be nice, though. I guess that isn't possible since the immersive portals portals have no collision. I made an end portal in a single player world just to see it, and I couldn't get rid of it and had to delete the whole world. So, yes, compatibility with Immersive Portals would be nice, but most likely not possible.
In reply to cool_mineman:
What if immersive portals was installed but disabled for nether portals and only enabled for end portals?
Port datapack? it is possible?
Would it be possible to make the tag appear for vanilla clients when on a server?
I love this concept, but the name floating in the middle of the portal is really distracting, especially with how it always faces the player. I'd like it much more if the name were floating at the very top center of the portal surface, and was rendered in such a way that it always lies directly on the portal and doesn't intersect with the surface as the player walks around the portal.
Alternatively, how about having the portals only show their names if the player is holding a name tag?
In reply to Forge_User_43585624:
I think this would make telling which portal to which hard, because most legitimate survival players don't just have name tags lying around.
can you make 1.16.1 forge?
In reply to Forge_User_80277073:
There... is one...
In reply to EpicNecromancer1:
Link please ^_^
In reply to modeeves:
Go to the "Files" tab, click on "View All," and scroll down until you find it.
In reply to EpicNecromancer1:
That version is for fabric
In reply to cool_mineman:
Then I guess there isn't one.
Great powerful mod. Thank you for creating it.
Is there any chance you could add immersive portals compatibility? I think that would be REALLY cool!
