Periodic Mod Fabric 1.17 Version 0.3.0
This is the 1.17 Update of Periodic to Minecraft 1.17, It comes with new features too (:D)

- Refactored some code to make it easier to work with
- Refactored Ore generation to use the API and not Mixins
- Altered how Aluminium Ore drops to keep parity with how certain vanilla ores drop
