Configure creatures to periodically drop items without being killed. Each rule controls the output item, stack size, interval, and drop chance.

- Added optional entity NBT conditions to periodic drop rules. This allows different variants sharing the same entity ID, such as normal and golden Book Wyrms, to produce different items. Existing configurations remain compatible.
