Intended for Prominence II: Hasturian Era version 4.0.0hf

Fixes

  • Party health no longer shows fake 20 HP when teammates are in another dimension or far away (outside entity range)
  • Prefer server-synced health / max health for party frames
  • Thread-safe health sync maps
  • Party refresh now pushes all players' stats and health to you

Notes

  • Combat metrics (Damage / DPS / Healing / HPS) still freeze outside the 128-block range by design; HP frames keep updating
  • Install on client and server
