parallax's mmnm improvements

Adds a timer to the hakibar so you can actually see how much time you have left. 

What it does:

• Haki timer: a line under the Haki Bar numbers. While Haki is in use it shows Remaining: 35.0s; while it refills it shows Full in: 15.0s. The numbers come from how fast your Haki is actually going up or down, so add-ons that change drain or regen are already counted. When Haki isn’t changing, the line disappears.
• Bar colors: above 50% left, the bar keeps its normal Haoshoku color. At 50% it turns yellow, at 20% red, and at 0% dark red. It recolors the existing Haki Bar instead of drawing a second one.
