Crafttale Haki Addon for Mine Mine no Mi

Adds new haki based abilities to Mine Mine no Mi, including Haki Dash, Haki Charge, and Wifi Haki. Allows a high amount of configurability through the configs!
Adds 3 new abilities:
+ Haki dash, teleports you to a location you're looking, clears you of all negative effects, and gets out of all (that I know of) grabs/stuns.
+ Haki charge, charges up your haki.
+ Wifi Haki, releases a blast of haki at your opponent, dealing damage, knocking them down, and removing their zoan/logia abilities
Cooldowns, durations, haki costs, etc are all configurable in the config file for the mod, which can be found in the serverconfig
