Description

One Piece World Like

Turn Mine Mine no Mi into a complete One Piece world adventure.

One Mine Piece World replaces the standard Overworld with a massive ocean-based world inspired by the geography, navigation and progression of One Piece.

Sail across the Four Blues, enter the Grand Line through Reverse Mountain, survive the Calm Belts, cross the Red Line, follow your Log Pose and continue your journey toward the New World and Laugh Tale.

A Complete One Piece World

The world contains 194 named destinations:

  • 169 canonical One Piece destinations
  • 39 complete island maps imported from the One Piece World Project (Thanks for the permission guys!!)
  • 130 additional canonical islands recreated by the mod
  • 25 smaller procedural islands, with unique names and locations for exploration and server conquest

The 39 imported maps preserve their original builds while being placed inside a larger, connected and fully navigable world.

Imported One Piece World Project Locations

The imported locations include:

Dawn Island, Yotsuba Island, Shimotsuki Village, Organ Islands, Island of Rare Animals, Gecko Islands, Baratie, Conomi Islands, Oykot Kingdom, Polestar Islands, Mirror Ball Island, Tequila Wolf, Sixis, Torino Kingdom, Ohara, Cactus Island, Little Garden, Drum Island, Alabasta, Jaya, Skypiea, Long Ring Long Land, Water 7, Enies Lobby, Thriller Bark, Kuraigana Island, Marineford, Sabaody Archipelago, Amazon Lily, Impel Down, Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, Zou, Whole Cake Island, Wano Country, Fish-Man Island, Rum Wolf, Bourbon Wolf and Vodka Wolf.

Real One Piece Geography

The world is divided into recognizable regions:

  • East Blue
  • North Blue
  • South Blue
  • West Blue
  • Paradise
  • New World
  • Two Calm Belts
  • The central and opposite sides of the Red Line
  • Sky islands
  • Sea-floor destinations

The navigable world measures approximately 128,000 × 96,000 blocks, with rounded corners and an ocean-focused layout.

Crossing the edge of the world wraps you around to the opposite side, creating a globe-like sailing route instead of ending your voyage at an invisible wall.

Log Pose Navigation

Every player receives a personal Log Pose when joining or respawning.

Right-click it to open a navigation screen containing:

  • A chart of the One Piece world
  • Your current position
  • Recognized islands
  • Your current island mission
  • Completed destinations
  • Up to three possible forward routes
  • Your progress toward Laugh Tale

An unknown island is registered when you physically reach it. To synchronize its magnetic signature and reveal the next routes, complete any 5 of 10 activities on that island:

  • Survey 3 landmarks
  • Defeat 3 creatures
  • Write and sign a book
  • Place 6 blocks
  • Break 6 blocks
  • Sleep on the island
  • Eat 2 meals
  • Catch a fish
  • Open 2 containers
  • Travel 160 blocks on foot

Routes move through the Blues, Paradise and the New World before eventually reaching Laugh Tale. Laugh Tale is the final destination of the voyage.

The Log Pose is permanently linked to your journey. It cannot be lost, dropped, placed in an item frame or permanently stored away. Missing Log Poses are automatically restored and duplicates are removed.

Starter Islands

New players are distributed between four starter islands:

  • Dawn Island — East Blue
  • Lvneel Kingdom — North Blue
  • Baterilla — South Blue
  • Ohara — West Blue

On dedicated servers, you may change your starting sea with:

  • /starter east
  • /starter north
  • /starter south
  • /starter west

You must choose before leaving your original starter island.

Reverse Mountain and the Grand Line

Reverse Mountain is a real part of the terrain, with five navigable water channels connecting the Four Blues to the Grand Line.

Boats receive assistance while climbing the channels, while dangerous sea creatures can appear around the mountain. Reverse Mountain itself cannot be claimed on servers.

The Red Line

The Red Line is a physical mountain range that divides the world.

Reaching its highest areas requires Adept Busoshoku Haki. Players without the required mastery are pushed away from the upper Red Line.

Mariejois sits on the opposite Red Line and has its own population and stronger World Government presence.

The four great bridges — Tequila Wolf, Rum Wolf, Bourbon Wolf and Vodka Wolf — connect their respective seas to the Red Line.

The Calm Belts

The Calm Belts are dangerous regions rather than ordinary oceans.

Inside them:

  • Players receive Slowness
  • Swimming causes heavy damage
  • Flying players are pulled toward the ocean
  • Sea Kings can appear around travelers
  • Normal boats are quickly destroyed

A properly Kairoseki-coated boat can safely cross the Calm Belt.

Reverse Mountain channels are excluded from these hazards, allowing players to enter the Grand Line normally.

Special Islands and Routes

Several destinations have unique travel or terrain mechanics:

  • Skypiea is reached through a working Knock Up Stream.
  • Fish-Man Island is located beneath the opposite Red Line and uses an underwater current route.
  • A hot stream returns travelers from Fish-Man Island to the surface.
  • Zou is built on the back of Zunesha.
  • Wano includes its elevated country layout and nearby Onigashima.
  • Punk Hazard has its divided volcanic and frozen environment.
  • Whole Cake Island uses its candy-themed landscape.
  • Sabaody contains its mangrove and bubble-inspired environment.
  • Impel Down acts as a special protected destination.
  • Laugh Tale completes the Log Pose journey.

Nether and End Progression

Normal portals cannot be created anywhere in the One Piece Overworld.

The Nether can only be entered from the special Infernal Island gateway in South Blue.

The End can only be entered through the dungeon on End Island in North Blue.

On dedicated servers, these gateways also require character progression:

  • Nether: at least 50,000 Doriki
  • End: 100,000 Doriki, maximum Busoshoku and maximum Kenbunshoku

Returning from either dimension sends you back to its matching island.

Exploration, Enemies and Loot

The world adds One Piece-themed activity throughout the oceans and islands:

  • Marines, pirates and bandits appear around players
  • Sea Kings inhabit dangerous waters
  • Reverse Mountain receives additional aquatic encounters
  • Mariejois has Villagers and Celestial Dragons
  • Natural spawning is balanced between Minecraft and Mine Mine no Mi creatures
  • Pirate ships, Marine battleships and sea ruins can appear in the ocean
  • Islands may contain docks, pirate bases, Marine forts, temples, castles, laboratories and themed settlements
  • Chests and defeated enemies can provide Mine Mine no Mi equipment and supplies
  • Grand Line and New World regions provide better bonus loot

Possible rewards include weapons, clothing, swords, Belly Pouches, Cola, Wanted Poster Packages, Character Creators and Bubbly Coral.

Devil Fruit Users and Water

On dedicated servers, Devil Fruit users have a more dangerous relationship with water.

Remaining in water causes movement problems and increasing damage. With the default configuration, a Devil Fruit user who cannot escape may die after approximately 25 seconds.

Players can still move toward the surface, while crouching allows them to intentionally dive.

Dedicated Server Island Conquest

Island conquest is automatically enabled on dedicated servers and works with Mine Mine no Mi crews.

Players and crews earn island score by:

  • Remaining active on an island
  • Placing new blocks
  • Defeating hostile creatures
  • Defeating rival players
  • Using reputation bonuses from Mine Mine no Mi

The first player or crew to reach 100 points conquers an unclaimed island.

To take an owned island, a rival must reach at least 500 points and surpass the current owner's score by 15%. Island scores lose 20% during the weekly decay, preventing abandoned groups from controlling the world forever.

Players can check territories with:

  • /island
  • /island info
  • /island score
  • /island top
  • /island summary
  • /island tp <island>

Island owners and crew captains can:

  • Trust individual players
  • Trust other crews
  • Set custom entry and exit messages
  • Control building and container access
  • Control normal interactions
  • Enable or disable PvP
  • Protect against explosions, fire and mob griefing

Buildings created by the owner inside a conquered island receive additional protection against destructive Mine Mine no Mi abilities.

Impel Down, Laugh Tale and Reverse Mountain are protected progression locations and cannot be conquered.

Dominion Rewards

Controlling islands provides a real progression reward.

Each conquered island grants the owner or every member of the owning crew an additional 5,000 Doriki limit. These bonuses are updated when ownership or crew membership changes.

Owners also receive activity summaries and warnings when rivals begin threatening their territory.

Unique Devil Fruits on Dedicated Servers

Dedicated servers use a persistent unique-fruit system:

  • A Devil Fruit can only belong to one active player at a time
  • Fruit boxes avoid fruits that already have an owner
  • Each fruit owner starts with 3 fruit lives
  • Death removes one life
  • The fruit remains with its owner while lives remain
  • Losing the final life releases the fruit back into the world
  • A fruit is also released if its owner remains offline for 7 days
  • Invalid duplicate fruits are automatically removed

This keeps Devil Fruits rare while still allowing them to return to circulation.

Regional Progression

Dedicated-server progression becomes more rewarding in dangerous seas:

  • Doriki and Haki gains are multiplied by 1.5× in the Grand Line
  • Doriki and Haki gains are multiplied by 1.75× in the New World
  • The base Doriki limit is 100,000
  • Island dominion bonuses can raise that limit further

Death and Keep Inventory

The One Piece world uses a regional Keep Inventory system.

Inside the playable One Piece Overworld:

  • You drop your inventory, armor and offhand items when you die
  • Your experience is dropped
  • Curse of Vanishing still works
  • Your personal Log Pose is always preserved

Outside the One Piece risk area — including the Nether, End and other mod dimensions — you keep your inventory and experience.

Players receive a clear warning whenever they enter or leave the risk area.

Singleplayer Setup

When creating a new world:

  1. Open Create New World
  2. Find the World Type option
  3. Select One Mine Piece
  4. Create the world

The custom world type must be selected before the world is generated.

Singleplayer and LAN worlds include the complete geography, islands, Log Pose, navigation, hazards, special routes, loot, enemies and regional death rules.

Competitive systems such as island conquest, unique Devil Fruits, crew dominion and server progression limits are reserved for dedicated servers.

Dedicated Server Setup

Install One Mine Piece World and Mine Mine no Mi on both the server and every player's client.

In server.properties, use:
