• Added the sequence_array.force_load_chunks server setting. When enabled, formed or building Sequence Arrays, Omni-Computation Cores and Matter Fabrication Wells keep their occupied chunks loaded; disabling it releases existing tickets during machine ticks.
• Added complete English and Chinese translations for the Dispatch settings, including coalesced return notifications, exact return profiling, profile sampling interval and direct native output return.
• Set the AppliedEnhancements dependency minimum to 1.0.9, so the build accepts 1.0.9, 1.0.9-fix, 1.0.9-config-fix and later versions.
• This build is intended for Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge. Keep one OmniSequence JAR per instance and install AppliedEnhancements 1.0.9 or newer.

• 补齐派发设置的中英文翻译，包括合并回收通知、精确回收性能日志、性能采样间隔和直接回收原生产物。
• 将 AppliedEnhancements 前置最低版本调整为 1.0.9，兼容 1.0.9、1.0.9-fix、1.0.9-config-fix 及更高版本。
• 本版本适用于 Minecraft 1.21.1 和 NeoForge。每个实例只保留一个 OmniSequence JAR，并安装 AppliedEnhancements 1.0.9 或更高版本。
