Ofon’s Delight
Ofon’s Delight is a Farmer’s Delight-focused expansion for Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge that turns food preparation into a more satisfying late-game progression system. It adds premium high-capacity cutting boards, the Culinary Mastery enchantment, dramatically faster bulk chopping, specialized board visuals and sounds, and a very questionable source of emergency food: Ofon himself.
At the center of the mod is Culinary Mastery, a knife-only enchantment designed for players who are tired of processing large amounts of ingredients one item at a time. Levels I–V progressively increase the amount processed per chopping action, while the special Culinary Mastery VI limit-break reaches 16 chops per activation. VI is intended as a rare progression reward rather than a normal enchanting-table result and can integrate with systems such as Quark Ancient Tomes and Illager Invasion’s Imbuing Table when the surrounding modpack configuration allows it.
Ofon’s Delight also adds a family of larger cutting boards built for bulk food preparation. Gold and other mid-sized boards provide expanded 1×2 workspaces, Diamond, Emerald, and Amethyst boards expand into premium 1×3 preparation surfaces, and the BPA-Free Large Netherite Cutting Board provides a massive 2×2 workstation capable of holding up to 256 items.
Ingredients remain visibly displayed on the boards, the multiblock pieces operate as one shared workstation, supported boards can be rotated for building flexibility, and each material family has its own visual and audio identity.
And then there is Ofon’s Flesh.
A designated Ofon can be carved by other players using Farmer’s Delight-compatible knives, even with normal PvP disabled. Each successful carve directly costs Ofon 1 HP, cannot reduce him below 3 hearts, and produces edible flesh for everyone except Ofon himself. Culinary Mastery can accelerate the process, but every piece produced still requires the corresponding health cost, preventing the enchantment from creating free flesh. Raw flesh can also be processed into Chopped Ofon’s Flesh, because apparently ordinary farming was not sufficient.
The goal of Ofon’s Delight is to keep Farmer’s Delight’s hands-on kitchen identity while giving heavily modded worlds a meaningful bulk-processing and culinary progression path. It does not replace ordinary cutting boards or early-game food preparation; it gives players increasingly powerful workstations and knife upgrades to earn as their farms, inventories, and appetites become considerably larger.
