Adds a lot of new enchants to the game.
Beheading
Gives you a chance to get a mob/players head if you kill it (includes player heads)
3 levels, level 1 gives 10% chance, level 2 gives 20% chance, level 3 gives 50% chance
Some mobs aren't affected by this enchant due to the mobs having a ton of different varieties. That will be fixed in a future version.
Life Steal
Gives you a chance to gain 3 hearts when you hit a entity
3 levels, level 1 gives 5% chance, level 2 gives 10% chance, level 3 gives 20% chance
