What this mod does:

By default it disables any both discounts granted by villagers after curing them, or saving them from a raid.

It is a highly configurable mod, and it can function as a mod that nerfs those discounts while still granting them.

It also has an option to limit the number of times a the player will get a discount from a villager.

It is mostly thought up to be used as a server/modpack utility for balancing purposes.
