No Shield Delay Forge

This mod removes the 5 tick delay when actively blocking with a shield. Normally, upon blocking, there is a 0.25 second delay before damage is actually blocked. By removing this delay, users will have a more responsive experience when engaging in combat and using a shield - blocking will occur the moment you right-click.

I made this mod for 1.15.2 for the Craft to Exile modpack series.
