The very first release of the **No EMC Refund But EMC Expense** addon for NeoForge 1.21.1! Originally forged for the *Mirn4w vs J4rwis* modpack, this mod is now publicly available for all modpack creators.

**Features in this release:**
* **Asymmetric EMC System:** Successfully implemented root-level Mixins to intercept ProjectE's `getSellValue` method. Blacklisted items will always yield 0 EMC when burned, but will cost their regular EMC value when pulled from a Transmutation Table or Condenser.
* **Exploit-Proof:** Safe against Shift-Click bypasses, hoppers, and all automatic ProjectE EMC generation methods.
* **Full Configuration:** Introduced `nerbee-common.toml`. Modpack developers can freely add/remove items and blocks to the blacklist and define the custom withdrawal cost.
* **Compatibility:** Native support for NeoForge 1.21.1 and ProjectE (v1.1.0+).
