**No EMC Refund But EMC Expense** is a highly configurable ProjectE addon designed to balance the economy and prevent EMC exploitation in competitive or progression-based modpacks.

## ⚙️ How It Works
In a standard ProjectE environment, players can easily exploit the system by mass-producing cheap building blocks (like Cobblestone, Dirt, or Sand) to generate infinite EMC. This mod introduces an **asymmetric EMC economy**:

* **No Refund (0 Sell Value):** When players insert blacklisted building blocks or items into a Transmutation Table or Energy Condenser, they will **not** gain any EMC. The sell value is strictly overridden to 0.
* **Normal Expense (Buy Value):** Players can still pull these blocks from the system to build their massive bases. Withdrawing items will cost a configurable amount of EMC (Default: 2).

This ensures players have the freedom to build without tedious grinding, but cannot use those same materials to break the server's economy.

## 🛠️ Configuration
The mod generates a highly flexible configuration file (`nerbee-common.toml`):
* `emcCost`: The amount of EMC consumed when a blacklisted item is withdrawn from the system.
* `nerbeeBlocks` & `nerbeeItems`: A fully customizable list of Registry IDs (e.g., `minecraft:stone`) that should follow the asymmetric EMC rule. By default, it includes almost all vanilla natural and building blocks.
