NeoOrigins Localization

NeoOrigins Localization is a client-side NeoForge companion that adds missing translations for NeoOrigins and supported add-ons. Its bundled resource pack has low priority: official upstream translations and normal resource packs always remain in control.

French, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Simplified Chinese, Czech, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Ukrainian, Indonesian and Swedish.

- Expanded from 5 languages in 0.7.0 to 17 languages.
- Added support for ten NeoOrigins add-ons on Minecraft 1.21.1.
- Updated and audited against NeoOrigins 2.2.26.
- Added target-specific builds for 1.21.1, 26.1.x and 26.2.
- Validated JSON structure, key coverage, placeholders, package contents and compilation in CI.

Translations use substantial generative/automated assistance with structural checks and human direction. They are not presented as fully native-reviewed; corrections are welcome.
