Fixes
- Deleting the currently active skin now properly reverts selection back to the default skin instead of selecting the first file in the directory.
- Fixed an issue in multiplayer where other players using the default skin would inherit the local player's custom body proportions.
- Default skin proportions, camera height, and hand scaling settings are now properly saved to disk and restored across restarts.
