Cut it, bread it, fry it, serve it by the bucket.

A whole chicken on the table, cut into legs and tenders, rolled in breadcrumbs, dropped into hot oil in a real fryer basket, then served on a tray with a sauce cup, or piled into a cardboard bucket. Every step happens on screen.

 🍗 What's inside

• Three cuts: chicken legs, tenders and nuggets, each raw, breaded and fried.
  - Three breadings: classic, spicy (add a chili to the pile) and chili (add paprika).
  - The chicken bucket: a cardboard bucket you fill piece by piece, 2 tenders, 3 nuggets and 3 legs, and eat set down on the counter or in your hand.
  - Trays of nuggets and tenders, cones of fries.
  - The tray: five places and a sauce cup. Dip each piece before you bite it.
  - The Fried Chicken Book, with every step in pictures.
  
  🔪 How it works

-Cut a chicken on the preparation table: one leg, a second leg, then the breast falls into four tenders. Cut a tender again for nuggets.
- Bread: pour breadcrumbs on the table, it makes a pile. Roll the raw pieces in it, four at a time.
- Fry: load the basket, lower it into the oil, and lift it when it's golden. The fryer needs sunflower oil and power.
- Serve: on a tray with a sauce, in a tray of nuggets, or in the bucket.
