More Food Cofee

From the cherry on the tree to the espresso in your cup, and the tea along the way.

☕ Coffee
- Drying bed: cofee cherries dry in the sun and become green beans.
- Drum roaster: light the fire, fill the hopper and watch through the window. Listen for the cracks, then open the door at the right moment for a light, medium or dark roast. Wait too long and the beans burn.
- Grinder and portafilter: grind your dose, tamp it, lock it into the machine and watch the two streams run. Then knock out the puck.
- Espresso machine: espresso, americano, and the steam wand for a cappuccino with a milk heart or a hot chocolate.
- Each roast gives its espresso different effects.

🍵 Tea
- Wither the leaves for green tea, or let them oxidise for black tea.
- Brew it in the glass teapot.
