More Food Cheese
Make your own cheese, from the milk bucket to the slice, with your own hands.
Pour the milk into a copper vat over a fire and watch it steam. Add rennet at the right temperature and cut the curd with a harp. Then stretch the mozzarella by hand in hot water. You see every step happen in front of you, in first person.
🧀 Five cheeses
- Mozzarella: heated, curdled, cut, stretched by hand and rolled into balls.
- Cheddar, plain or coloured orange with annatto: cheddared on its table, milled with a crank, pressed into a wheel.
- Emmental: the cooked curd is lifted out in a cheesecloth, pressed, then aged until the holes show.
- Goat cheese: milk your goats, ladle the curd into moulds and age the small cheeses on a rack, plain or rolled in ash.
- Raclette: a half wheel melts under the raclette machine and is scraped over a plate of potatoes.
🔥 How it works
- The vat heats on any furnace fuel. A dial tells you when the milk is ready.
- Wheels age by themselves. Cut them with the cheesemaker's knife into wedges and slices.
- Every cheese can be eaten bite by bite, in first person.
- Goats finally give goat milk.

- With MoreIndustry Workshop installed, the equipment is built at the workshop. Without it, it uses normal crafting.
