Barbecue 🔥
- Pour charcoal: black lumps catch one by one, glow through their cracks, then turn to white ash.
- Blow on the embers: sparks fly and the grill gets hotter.
- Beef, pork, mutton, chicken, rabbit, cod or salmon cook side by side and take grill marks. Flip with a click; forget them and they burn.
- Gas barbecue with blue flames, wood fire pit with tall flames.
- Marinate your meat: it caramelises and fills you up more.
Pool and hot tub 🏊
