MoreFood: Bakery
A French bakery, made by hand: knead, shape, proof, score, bake.
Baguettes rising in the cloth, the lame opening their crust, croissants rolled one by one, golden trays coming out of a real deck oven. Every step happens in front of you.
🥖 What's inside
- Baguettes: pale, golden or well done, depending on how long you leave them in. Too long, they burn.
- Croissants: plain, chocolate, pistachio and hazelnut.
- Pains au chocolat.

- A full bakehouse: the baker's bench, the proofing couche, the deck oven, the oven loader, the dough sheeter, baking trays, the scraper, the lame and the croissant cutter.

🧑🍳 How it works
- Knead: the dough comes from the kneader, flour, yeast and water.
- Shape on the bench: set the dough down, divide it with the scraper, then round, shape and roll it with an empty hand.
- Proof: lay the baguettes in the couche and let them rise, then score each one with the lame.
- Bake: roll up to four baguettes onto the loader and slide them into the oven. Light it, send the steam, and watch the crust open into an ear.
- Laminate: lock the butter into the dough on the sheeter, then give it three turns and watch it fold.
- Viennoiseries: cut the laminated dough into triangles with the cutter, or rectangles with the knife. Fill them, roll them, put them on a tray, glaze with an egg, bake.
- Eat: bite into every bread and pastry, one mouthful at a time.
