What's new
Added the Hellforge, a faster way to blast smelt items and the new way to process metals from the mod.
Uses thermal cells as fuel, and can store 256 items worth of fuel. Blast furnace recipes smelt 4x as fast, and consume 4x less fuel. Takes two full thermal cells to fully charge (Subject to future re balance).
Patched steel bug Removed Mekanism materials from files (Might revert at a later date) Renamed Blood Emerald to Scarlite with new texture
