Matter Overdrive (Unofficial Port)

Matter Overdrive 1.0.3 for NeoForge and Fabric, Minecraft 1.21.1 – 1.21.10 (Java 21) and 26.1.2, 26.2, 26.3 (Java 25). Unofficial port of Matter Overdrive by Simeon Radivoev (GPL-3.0).

Fixed

• NeoForge 1.21.10, 26.1.2, 26.2 and 26.3: creating or entering a world crashed with an IndexOutOfBoundsException from the galaxy generator. The mod read its star name lists in a way that only worked in the development environment, so the galaxy got no names. The names are now read from the jar itself.

Nothing else changed. Fabric (all versions) and NeoForge 1.21.1 – 1.21.8 were not affected; they get 1.0.3 only so every file has the same version.

Tested

• The NeoForge and Fabric jar of every Minecraft version on a real dedicated server (NeoForge installer / official Fabric server launcher): a new world is created without errors and the saved galaxy has its star names.
• All in-game tests (GameTests) pass on NeoForge and Fabric for every version (101 on 1.21.10 and 26.x, 95–101 on the older 1.21.x versions).

Install

Replace the old jar in mods/ on the server and on every client with the one for your loader and Minecraft version. Java 21 for 1.21.x, Java 25 for 26.x. Fabric also needs Fabric API. Worlds from 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 load as they are.
