Mapper Base 3.0.0.0 for Minecraft 1.17.1

Required Forge version: 37.1.1

This is the first (and probably last) release for Minecraft 1.17.1. Development will now move onto 1.18.

While it has been tested on client + server without any encountered problem it may be possible to find new bugs as the mod went through a rewrite. In this case please report them.

Updated to Minecraft 1.17.1

The mod now runs on Minecraft 1.17.1. Many internal changes were also applied to optimize the code.

Removed bitumen and concrete

Bitumen (asphalt) and concrete were moved to Road Stuff. This includes worldgen and recipes. You will not get bitumen anymore in your worlds if you don't have Road Stuff installed.

Consequently bituminous coal is also removed and moved to Road Stuff.

Updated steel fence gate recipe

The recipe now matchs the steel fence recipe with the bolts. Additionally the crafts now give 4 fences.
