Adds an item which can teleport player back to the spawn, bed or portal

Adds a Magic Mirror item; it can teleport the player back to his bed location in the Overworld (if present) or to the world spawn location or to the obsidian platform in the End. To teleport, hold right click for 3 seconds.

It might work in modded dimensions, but that's untested.
