MacOS Hotbar Scroll Fix

MacOS Hotbar Scroll Fix is a small client-side mod that fixes hotbar scrolling behavior on macOS.

On macOS, mouse wheels and touchpads can send very small and frequent scroll events. In Minecraft, this can make hotbar switching feel slow, inconsistent, or incorrectly directed, especially when using Shift + scroll.

This mod normalizes in-game hotbar scrolling so every scroll step is handled properly.
