A second experience economy for the Lucky Block mod (Forge 1.20.1). Breaking lucky blocks earns Lucky XP, which you spend at machines and a merchant.

Lucky XP

Breaking a lucky block gives Lucky XP: a second experience with its own blue bar and blue orbs. A legendary drop gives double. Your Lucky levels pay for everything below.

Lucky Labs

Stands generate in the world, each with a vending machine and a merchant. The whole build is indestructible.

  • Four machine types: Consumables, Materials, Tools, Infused Lucky Blocks
  • Every line sells once and never restocks. Purchases drop out of a tray onto the ground
  • Using a stand starts a timer. When it runs out the lab breaks apart and the merchant blows up

Stock is drawn from whatever is installed: the pool is tuned for the modpack, and any item from a mod you do not have is simply skipped.

The merchant

Eight services, paid in Lucky levels: reroll a machine's stock, convert its type, a timed Luck boost, a permanent Luck gain, a full heal, a repair, lowering the team's difficulty, and an extra life.

Each merchant has his own rarity, and wears it. Rare takes 10% off every price, Epic 30%, Legendary 60%.

Lucky Events

A roulette rolls a prize and lucky blocks appear around every player, either pre-infused with Luck or worth extra XP when broken. Up to a Mega jackpot.

Lucky Glasses

Worn in a Curios head slot, they show the Luck of nearby lucky blocks so you can read one before breaking it.
