Loyal Companions - Update Changelog

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where reviving a companion from a Companion Totem could overwrite an existing pet slot.
  • Companion revival now checks for a truly free companion slot before restoring the pet.
  • A slot is now only considered free if:
    • no active companion is using that slot
    • no stored companion data exists in that slot
  • If the original pet slot from the totem is already occupied, the shrine now tries to find another free slot.
  • If no free companion slot is available, the revival is cancelled safely.
  • Companion Totem and Companion Heart are no longer consumed when no free slot is available.
  • Existing companions are no longer replaced or stolen when reviving another pet.
  • Storing an active companion as a totem now clears only the correct companion slot and no longer affects other stored pets.

Added

  • Companion Totems now remember the original companion slot.
  • Added a warning message when no free companion slot is available:
    • No free companion slot available. Store or release another pet first.

This update is recommended for all servers using multiple companion slots.
