Mine Area logic update
Safe Descent: After clearing the current slice, Mine Area finds a supported landing spot below and walks off the final pillar.
Landing Check: Waits until the player lands at the lower Y level before mining the old pillar.
Failed Signal: If Mine Area cannot descend safely, it now routes to the red failed output.
Move Off Protection: With Move: Off, Mine Area leaves the support block intact instead of digging under the player.
