FTB Essentials is a super strong mod due to the amount of QoL commands it adds. This can make the game.. way too easy right?

Increasing the cooldowns globally would be just annoying so why not scale them with the increased difficulty you got?

Normal minecraft difficulties are boring so it works with Difficulty Enhancement mod

Values & ID's are hardcoded due to this mod being made for specifically Linggango modpack.
