Legendary Hound tamer + slowed hound

this mod is not my own all credit goes to Legendary_workshop, Armkath, and Krampus_there

this mod might be temporary in case they update the original to do this same thing or they otherwise tell me to take it down

basically, the choice for me was either make this mod or remove the original since for me, the hound was absolutely the bane of my world and the world of many others (from what ive seen in the comments) 

so ive reduced their speed drastically (i think 30%?)

and even made them tameable with 3 berries! (wip) they are great fun but also extremly reckless, sorta like a pitbull.
