I was having this issue where every other item i wanted to craft just wouldnt let me or itd actually craft something else entirely. I couldnt pin down why but i forced a fix for it.
possible culprits were...
Mouse Tweaks
Controllable
ModernFix
VMinus
StackableItems
Stackable Potions
Wishful Recipes
Deimos
Alex/naturalist compat
or maybe just Corrupted recipe-book unlocked/player data
