[Axanthic Studios] Lands of Icaria

- Fixed incompatibility with buildcraft

- Completely rewrote the code for vines and improved them considerably
- Added Icarian totems (these are currently only available from the creative menu)
- Icarian chest textures and basic functionality
- Apotheosis compatibility fixed
- Replaced revenants with arachnids in ruined villages
- Added new moss types and ground covers (they don't generate yet)
- Chiseled versions of the icarian stone brick types added
- Icaria's terrain now generates with new smooth versions of the stone types. The old textures are now used as the cobble versions of the new stone types.
- Updated a ton of textures
- Bugfixes, a bunch of 'em
- Added dead tree logs
- Changed sliver around. It now no longer has an ingot and a nugget form.
- Added some missing recipes
