Additions:
- new Tool: Hammer (you can make stone to cobblestone, cobblestone to gravel, gravel to dirt & dirt to sand, and if you hit a mob or a player with it, it'll get the nausea effect)

- new Arrow: Ender Arrow (will teleport you, if you hit a block with it, and will teleport the entity, if you hit an entity with it)
- new Weapon: Blade of the golden Flame (W.I.P)

Bugfixes:
- fixxed a shift-click bug with the backpack, the crates & the barrels

Optimizations:
- the backpack is now openable with shift-rightclick, even if it is in your armor-inventory
