Grass is reshaped into a keycap, and you walk on that shape for real, not just a texture. Step on a block and it presses down under you, then springs back a second after you step off. Every footstep clicks.
This mod is both side, thought its mostly client side.
Walking on grass block makes you faster. Each block you cover adds a small permanent bit of movement speed. It doesn't go down, it isn't capped, and it survives relogging. A bar in the top-left shows your current speed.
Grass still behaves like grass. Bonemeal, spreading, snow and pistons work as normal, plants stay planted, and the block never triggers redstone.
